1. Domestic Shipping Policy

	•	Processing Time: Orders process in 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

	•	Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

2. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)

sujaysanan.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or VAT applied to your order.

International orders may be subject to import fees upon arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.

	•	DAP Terms: Orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP); customers pay all import fees upon delivery.

	•	Refused Packages: If a package is refused, the customer is responsible for shipping, taxes, and return fees, which will be deducted from any refund.

	•	Delays: Customs may cause delivery delays.

3. Tracking & Damages

	•	Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking is sent upon shipping.

	•	Damages: sujaysanan.com is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
