Mesmererism Exhibited in 2024
What if insect populations were aware of their impending collapse? What if their various shapes and forms transformed over generations to mimic to the hallowed values of human society? Would natural selection favour traits in species that resembled the sacred? Would that spare them from impending doom? I imagine myself travelling distant lands to experience cultures and societies living in proximity to nature where the contours of human settlement and wilderness merge. Where I can observe and document creatures exhibiting intriguing adaptations as they mimic human societies in their vicinity.
